When will I receive my order?

When your purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be send by e-mail which acts as an invoice and includes your order information.

  • A standard processing time of 1 or 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
  • Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • During our peak periods, processing may exceed 2 business days.

Cancelling your order is only possible as long as the products have not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.
